IS RECOMMENDED THAT:

1. Sprinkle The Pan With Cooking Oil Or Butter Then Heat It On A Medium Flame For 45 Seconds And Then Wash The Pan With A Gentle Soft Cleanser Before Using It To Cook For The First Time.
2. Avoid Over Heating Empty Pan To Preserve The Coating.
3. Avoid Sharp Edge Metal Utensils And Abrasive Sponges To Clean The Utensil.
4. In Case Over Cooked Particles Are Found On The Surface Of The Pan, Soak It With Soapy Water For 10-15
Minutes And Then Scrub It Smoothly.
5. Stop Using A Utensil As Soon As Coating Comes Out.
6. Keep Your Pan In An Organised Way With The Help Of A Pan Organiser Or A Bubble Wrap, Newspaper Etc. To
Avoid Corrosiveness.
7. Do Not Stack Up Your Utensils Together.
8. Don’t Subject Your Pan To Sudden Temperature Changes Like Washing A Hot Pan Under Cold Water.
9. Avoid Using Dishwashers And Cooking Sprays.
10. Do Not Store Food In Pan.

In the case of Replacement:
Your defective product must be delivered to us at your own cost and a brand-new piece of the same product will be dispatched to your address after we’ve received the defective product from the customer. In case of damage not covered under warranty, we inform the same to the customer & close the case.

    1. The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, scratching, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use. Stains / discoloration /
      damage from overheating, or discoloration caused by dishwasher use or use of sharp metal utensils or abrasive scrubber.
    2. Mahavir Metal Converters reserves the right to reject service of any particular case depending on the usage.
    3. Mahavir Metal Converters shall not entertain any service cases without clear & good quality pictures of the defective product where the defect is evident.
    4. Proof of purchase is a must to claim warranty. Without the bill, no warranty claims shall be entertained.
    5. The decision of the manufacturer will be final and binding to the customer.
